LM4050/LM4051 — это прецизионные двухконтактные источники опорного напряжения с шунтирующим режимом и запрещенной зоной, доступные с фиксированными обратными напряжениями пробоя 1,225 В, 2,048 В, 2,500 В, 3,000 В, 3,3 В, 4,096 В и 5,000 В.
Идеально подходящие для приложений с ограниченным пространством, LM4050/LM4051 предлагаются в сверхминиатюрных 3-контактных корпусах для поверхностного монтажа SC70 (1,8 мм x 1,8 мм), на 50% меньше, чем аналогичные устройства в корпусе для поверхностного монтажа SOT23 (также доступны версии SOT23).
Резисторы с лазерной подгонкой обеспечивают превосходную начальную точность. С температурным коэффициентом 50 ppm/°C эти устройства предлагаются в трех классах начальной точности от 0,1% до 0,5%. LM4050/LM4051 имеют шунтирующий ток от 60 мкА до 15 мА с низким динамическим импедансом, что обеспечивает стабильную точность обратного пробивного напряжения в широком диапазоне рабочих температур и токов. LM4050/LM4051 не требуют внешнего стабилизирующего конденсатора, обеспечивая при этом стабильность при любых емкостных нагрузках.
Технические характеристики LM4050/LM4051 гарантируются в диапазоне температур от -40°C до +125°C.
