The maximum output voltage is limited to approximately VCC – may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to any Absolute 0.6V. Either the output slope should be reduced or input power level Maximum Rating condition for extended periods may affect device should be limited in order to avoid saturating the output circuit when VCC < reliability and lifetime. 3V.
