An integrated temperature sensor is also available on the Highly integrated; minimal external components SPI interface. The ADIS16006 measures acceleration with a full- Bandwidth externally selectable scale range of ±5 g (minimum). The ADIS16006 can measure both 1.9 mgresolution at 60 Hz dynamic acceleration (vibration) and static acceleration (gravity). Externally controlled electrostatic self-test The typical noise floor is 200 µg/√Hz, allowing signals below 3.0 V to 5.25 V single-supply operation 1.9 mg (60 Hz bandwidth) to be resolved. Low power: <2 mA 3500 gshock survival The bandwidth of the accelerometer is set with optional 7.2 mm × 7.2 mm × 3.7 mm package capacitors, CX and CY, at the XFILT pin and the YFILT pin.
