denotes the specifications which apply over the full operating temperature range, –40°C < TA < 85°C for I-grade parts, –40°C < TA < 125°C for H-grade parts, otherwise specifications are at TA = 25°C, V+ = 5V, V– = 0V, VCM = VOUT = VREF = Mid-Supply. VCMOP is the common mode voltage of the internal op amp. For Resistor Divider Ratio = 3.1, ±REFA = ±REFC = OPEN, ±REFB = Mid-Supply.
