4.5 V ≤ VDD1 = VDDA ≤ 5.5 V, VDD2 = VREG = VISO = 5.0 V, fSW = 500 kHz, all voltages are relative to their respective grounds, see the application schematic in Figure 31. All minimum/maximum specifications apply over the entire recommended operating range, unless otherwise noted. All typical specifications are at TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDDA = 5.0 V, VDD2 = VREG = VISO = 5.0 V.
