The LT3796H and LT3796H-1 are reliability and lifetime. guaranteed over the full –40°C to 150° C operating junction temperature

Do not apply a positive or negative voltage source to TG and GATE range. High junction temperatures degrade operating lifetimes. Operating pins, otherwise permanent damage may occur. lifetime is derated at junction temperatures greater than 125°C.
