SCT2400 is supplied in a BGA144 package. Pin assignment of SCT2400 is shown in Table 3-1 Pin List and 3-2 Pin Diagram: Pin No. Pin name Type Function A1 I2C1_DAT I/O I2C1 data connect to external EEPROM A2 I2C1_CLK O I2C1 clock connect to external EEPROM A3 PE0 I/O GPIO A4 PB9 I/O GPIO Connect it to external Li-ion battery charger. Tie to A5 PB7_/PG (1) I VDDD if not used, refer to schematics in section 11 Connect it to external Li-ion battery charger.
