LTM2173-14 14-Bit, 80Msps Low Power Quad ADC FEATURESDESCRIPTION n 4-Channel Simultaneous Sampling ADC The LTM®2173-14 is a 4-channel, simultaneous sam- n 73dB SNR pling 14-bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high n 88dB SFDR frequency, wide dynamic range signals. AC performance n Low Power: 96mW per Channel includes 73dB SNR and 88dB spurious free dynamic range n Single 1.8V Supply (SFDR). Low power consumption per channel reduces n Serial LVDS Outputs: 1 or 2 Bits per Channel heat in high channel count applications. Integrated bypass n Selectable Input Ranges: 1V capacitance and flow-through pinout reduces overal P-P to 2VP-P n 800MHz Full Power Bandwidth S/H board space requirements. n Shutdown and Nap Modes DC specs include ±1LSB INL (typ), ±0.3LSB DNL (typ) n Serial SPI Port for Configuration and no missing codes over temperature.
