production data Description
The AIS2DW12 is an ultra-low-power three-axis linear accelerometer which leverages on the robust and mature manufacturing processes already used for the production of micromachined accelerometers and designed to address non- safety automotive applications.
LGA-12 (2x2x0.93 mm³)
The AIS2DW12 has four different ultra-low-power modes, two user-selectable full scales (2g/4g)
Features
and is capable of measuring accelerations with output data rates from 1.6 Hz to 100 Hz. AEC-Q100 qualified The AIS2DW12 has an integrated 32-level first-in, Supply voltage, 1.62 V to 3.6 V first-out (FIFO) buffer allowing the user to store Independent IO supply and supply voltage data in order to limit intervention by the host compatible processor. Ultra-low-power mode consumption down to The embedded self-test capability allows the user 380 nA @1.6 Hz to check the functioning of the sensor in the final ±2g/±4g dynamically selectable full scales application. High-speed I²C/SPI digital output interface The AIS2DW12 has a dedicated internal engine to process motion and acceleration detection 2 independent programmable interrupts including free-fall, motion and no-motion, wakeup, Single data conversion on demand activity/inactivity and 6D/4D orientation. 16-bit data output The AIS2DW12 is available in a small thin plastic Embedded temperature sensor land grid array package (LGA) and it is Self-test guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C. 32-level embedded FIFO 10000 g high shock survivability
