2. The IPM does not shutdown MOSFETs and output fault signal automatically when temperature rises excessively. When temperature exceeds the protective level that the user defined, the controller (MCU) should stop the IPM. Temperature of LVIC vs. VOT output characteristics is described in Figure 3. 3.
