MP6925A Fast Turn-Off, CCM/DCM Compatible, Dual-LLC, Synchronous Rectifier with lmproved Noise Immunity DESCRIPTION FEATURES
The MP6925A is a dual, fast turn-off, intelligent Works with Standard and Logic Level rectifier for synchronous rectification in LLC MOSFETs resonant converters. Compatible with Energy Star The IC drives two N-channel MOSFETs and Fast Turn-Off Total Delay of 35ns regulates their forward voltage drop to V Wide 4.2V to 35V V FWD DD Operating Range (about 45mV). The IC turns the MOSFETs off 175µA Low Quiescent Current in Light-Load before the switching current goes negative.
