DATASHEET ISL21010 FN7896 Micropower Voltage Reference Rev.7.00 Sep 20, 2021 The ISL21010 is a precision, low dropout micropower bandgap Features voltage reference in a space-saving SOT-23 package. It operates from a single 2.2V to 5.5V supply (minimum voltage • Reference output voltages . 1.024V, 1.25V, 1.5V, is dependent on voltage option) and provides a ±0.2% 2.048V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 4.096V accurate reference. The ISL21010 provides up to 25mA output • Precision 0.2% initial accuracy current sourcing with low 150mV dropout voltage. • Input voltage range: Output voltage options include 1.024V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 2.048V, - ISL21010-10, -12, -15 -20 . 2.2V to 5.5V 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 4.096V.
