FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 Internal 50mΩ Power Path The LT®4422 is an ideal 1.9V to 28V diode with integrated  Wide Operating Voltage Range: 1.9V to 28V P-channel MOSFET. When enabled, 15mV forward  Reverse Current Protection voltage regulation minimizes power dissipation while  Low 10µA Quiescent Current increasing operating headroom and efficiency  Fast 3µs Response to Load Steps compared to a Schottky diode.  Low 500nA Off State Current The LT4422 easily ORs power supplies together to  Smooth Switchover in Diode-OR Applications increase system reliability and prevent reverse  10-Lead (3mm x 2mm x 0.75mm) LDFN Package conduction. A non-enabled LT4422 blocks up to 28V at the output while exhibiting less than 1μA (typical)
APPLICATIONS
leakage current, providing orders of magnitude improvement over typical Schottky diodes, which leads  Schottky Diode Replacement to extended battery life.  Battery and Wall Adapter Diode ORing  Backup Battery Diode ORing Fast OUT to IN reverse bias detection minimizes reverse  Industrial and Consumer Hand-Held Applications current, preventing undesired charging of input batteries.
