ESD protection device in a small SOT23 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to protect two automotive in-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients.
2. Features and benefits
• Reverse stand-of voltage: VRWM = 54 V • Low capacitance: Cd = 6 pF • ESD protection up to 30 kV (contact discharge; C = 150 pF, R = 330 Ω) • ISO 7637-2 pulse 3a/3b = -300 V / +300 V • ISO 7637-2 pulse 2a = +90 V • Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications

ESD protection for in-vehicle network lines in automotive environments • Designed for use in electric and hybrid vehicles with 48V board net • CAN / CAN-FD • FlexRay • SENT
