Proteus modeling PIC

Most times when riding a circuit with pic in proteus simulate and gives the message of "simulation is not running in real time due to excessive CPU load." I'm thinking of setting up a development kit for PIC instead of using the Proteus, but it would be best that I could place the transistors, capacitors, integrated, diodes, etc., would not be better?
