VDR and the fuse blown

After replacement of the components turns the fan only for 5 seconds.
The source uses the PWM DAP07. I think the PWM is burned. In my city of Porto Alegre (Brazil) does not have this integrated. Is there an equivalent that I can put in place? No found on the Internet the datasheet of DAP07.

The nearest analog DAP07 is NXP1200(see Datasheet...)/Check up(or changing) electrolit.condensators,near DAP07.Meashure Vcc on DAP07(14-18 Volts)...

Тема отредактирована, первоначально была несколько другой. Топикстартер писал, что он из Бразилии, а вопрос задал на гугловатом русском (до чего прогресс дошел!). Впоследствии, после обращения alexzand - переделал на англ.

I check and measure eletrolicos next to DAP07 and measure of voltage VCC (14-16v). OK then post the result. thank you

Connect 15-16 Volts to Vcc,on the Gate Out pin see PWM smoof(have are Your oscilloscope?)without Vac ! If smoof on-DAP07 is active! Good Luck!

измеряемого напряжения на контактах 6 (VCC) и контакт 4 (GND) ----- 11v

измеряется напряжение на выводе 8 (HV) 320В -----



приходит появляются 12v и закрыть до 6 В постоянного тока.


Я проверить электролитические конденсаторы возле DAP07, OK
