Saint-Petersburg branch of European electrotechnical production company opens a new position of a signal design engineer.

Responsibilities:
• Design and development id integrated circuits (IC) from specification up to approved prototypes
• Detailed design, simulation and verification of the Analog Standard Blocks
• Development of Block Specification
• Verification of Design by Simulation
• Assistance in Development of the Test Concept and Test Specification
• Support of Physical Implementation (Layout)
• Verification of the Silicon
• Cooperation with test and layout colleagues
• Appropriate Documentation

Candidate’s qualifications (education, experience, competencies):
• Diploma (Electronic) Engineering or Related field
• Experience in analog design, circuit simulation and circuit analysis
• CMOS IC Design
• Understanding of CMOS Device Physics
• Knowledge of English and Communication Skills
Experience with High Voltage Systems and Building Blocks (Voltage Regulators, DC/DC Converters, Motor Control Applications,..) is desirable
