I have a code NSW20932 (0957-2119) printed on the box with a SMD capacitor burned near a small transformer.
It uses the integrated PWM SG5841DZ

If this capa connected to pin 7(IC PWM),then his value =22micro F*25V.Good Luck.

Using the diagram datasheet sent by your friend korall_m capacitor quoted by me is the capacitor C3 code that was burned. I put a ceramic 1000pF/1000V value.
Tested and the power supply started again.
