My power grid is 110 VAC and need only test a stabilizer of up to 800W calling it a network of 220VAC to see if it works normally. I know it's only make an inverter 12v to 220v but need a powerful transformer to the circuit and transformers that have at the moment are burned. Does not exist a more simple way?

Look, maybe the transformer have central wire of the coil 220v, or have possibility to solder wire to central point, and you can put 110v directly on the half of coil 220v, without nothing.
